Without eggs and baking: how to make quick tiramisu in 20 minutes
For many years, tiramisu has been one of the most popular desserts. Preparing the classic recipe is a bit of a hassle. But fortunately, there is an alternative for the lazy ones. In this case, the dessert does not need to be baked, and the absence of eggs makes it even less caloric.
Food blogger Anna (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for popular tiramisu dessert that doesn't require baking or adding eggs on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- Savoiardi cookies - 24-26 pcs.
- strong coffee - 300 ml
- amaretto/baylis/rom - 50 ml
- 33% cold cream - 300 ml
- mascarpone - 500 g
- powdered sugar - 100 g
- cocoa for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Make strong coffee.
2. Add alcohol and leave to cool.
3. Whip cold cream until stiff peaks.
4. Add powdered sugar and mascarpone. Beat until smooth.
5. Optionally, 40% of the cream can be put in a pastry bag to decorate the top.
6. Put the first layer of savoiardi cookies, dipped in coffee beforehand, in the mold.
7. Add cream.
8. Add another layer of cookies.
9. Decorate with cream on top.
10. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours and then sprinkle with cocoa when serving.
