If you want to make a delicious burger at home, all you need to do is choose high-quality minced meat, preferably several types. Add herbs, sauces, cheese, and vegetables for a bright flavor.

The chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious homemade burger with beets and meat, which you can prepare very quickly, on his website.

Ingredients:

  • burger bun - 1 pc.
  • minced pork - 60 g
  • minced beef - 60 g
  • sandwich cheese - 1 slice
  • egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1/2 pc.
  • ketchup - 10 g
  • beets - a few slices
  • coriander - to taste
  • chili pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • beet tops

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the two types of minced meat, egg yolk, and spices, beat well and make balls of 120 g each. Be sure to set them aside for 15 minutes to "rest".

2. Finely chop the beet greens, cut the onion into rings, and the beets into thin slices.

3. Put the cutlets on the grill with the beetroot for 1-2 minutes.

4. Cut the bun in half and grill until golden brown.

5. Assemble the burger: put the beets on the bottom of one part of the bun, brush with ketchup, then put the cutlet, onions, and cheese and top with the greens and the other part of the bun.
