With arugula and pear: recipe for Queen Elizabeth II's favorite salad
It is rumored that Queen Elizabeth II of England was not too fussy about food. However, like everyone else, she had her weaknesses - the monarch was simply delighted with dishes that include bitter arugula. And what better way to combine such greens than in salads?
A salad with arugule, pear and cheese was the Queen's favorite salad and a dish for those who want to feel like a real gourmet. The classic recipe uses the main English cheese, Stilton. Alternatively, you can use blue cheese.
What else to use to make the favorite salad of late Queen Elizabeth II of England is described in the culinary blog kulinarniy_genii on Instagram.

- honey - 4 tbsp
- young arugula - 125 g
- olive oil - 5 tbsp
