The simplest and most satisfying dish made from chicken fillet is chopped cutlets. To prevent them from falling apart, add raw vegetables to the base, such as broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and onions, which will add juiciness to the dish.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 2 pcs
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Yogurt – 2 tbsp (or sour cream or mayonnaise, you can use cream);
- Salt, pepper
- Spices: dry garlic and smoked paprika
- Vegetables: onions, bell peppers, broccoli
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
2. Add the chopped vegetables, also diced into small cubes.
3. Grate the onion on a fine grater, add yogurt (sour cream or mayonnaise), eggs, flour, and spices.
4. Stir and fry in a frying pan with oil over medium heat on both sides.
