- tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp.
- garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- salt - to taste
- ground black pepper - to taste
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- vinegar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pass the garlic through a press or chop it on a grater.
2. Add the garlic, paste, spices, vinegar and sugar to the water and mix.
