Lucia Garcia, a doctor from the United States, explained how many bananas you should eat a day to make it safe for your body, Quora reports.

The expert emphasized that you can eat 2-3 bananas a day. But people who want to lose weight should not get carried away with these fruits every day.

One medium-sized banana weighs about 100 grams and contains about 80 calories

Garcia also added that banana is one of the healthiest fruits.

"This product is moderately sweet and contains a lot of nutrients necessary for the body," the expert said.

  • Bananas - 4 pcs.
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Puff pastry - 1 sheet

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the bananas, cut 2 of them in half, and leave 2 whole.

2. Put butter and brown sugar in a frying pan, add vanilla and cinnamon.
