Ingredients:
Dough:
- potato broth - 1 tbsp
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1,5 tsp.
- fresh yeast - 10 g/dry yeast - 3 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- flour - 450 g
Filling:
- potatoes - 5 pcs.
- milk - 70 ml
- butter - 30 g
- salt - 1 tsp.
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain the broth and cool it.
2. Shred the potatoes until they are mashed. Add salt, milk, butter and herbs. Stir and refrigerate.
3. Add salt, sugar, yeast, vegetable oil to the cooled broth. Stir.
4. Gradually add the flour. Knead a dough that does not stick to your hands. Grease it with vegetable oil and leave it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
5. Divide the dough into portioned pieces and form patties with potato filling.
6. Fry the patties in a frying pan on the sides until ready.
