Cutlets are the perfect complement to any side dish. They are especially tasty if they are homemade. But it is not always possible to cook perfect cutlets. There are several mistakes that prevent this.

Very fine minced meat

To make the cutlets juicy and fluffy, use only coarse ground meat. Fine one is better for meatballs. To grind the meat and do not use a blender.

Not adding bread

Soaked bread is an essential ingredient in the preparation of bread. And it is not added to make the dish cheaper. The bread absorbs excess juice from the meat, and the minced meat is very loose.

Soaking bread in milk

It is best to soak bread for cutlets in plain water. The reason is that the protein in the milk coagulates during cooking.
