Why drink cocoa coffee: Svitlana Fus named the beneficial properties of the drink
Coffee is a drink without which it is difficult to imagine the morning and afternoon of almost every person. But don't forget that you shouldn't abuse it. More than 5 cups of the drink per day can harm the body, namely, increase blood pressure. Experts recommend that people with heart problems, high blood pressure, and tachycardia should not drink coffee, but rather drink cocoa, herbal tea, or water.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus told us on Facebook why we should drink such an unusual drink made of two ingredients – coffee and cocoa – and what are its benefits for the body.
The expert recommends trying an interesting and tasty winter drink, cocoacoffee, which will not only pleasantly surprise you with its taste and aroma but also, importantly, with its beneficial properties.
Fuss named the most useful properties of the drink:
- This drink reduces the risk of developing gallstones, and also has a choleretic effect, and, importantly, prevents cholesterol from precipitating.
- Cocoa powder is rich in polyphenols and natural antioxidants that reduce inflammation and protect cells from damage.
- The drink has a choleretic effect and improves blood circulation.
A recipe for a delicious and healthy drink
Ingredients:
- ground coffee - 2 tsp.
- cocoa - 1 tbsp.
- cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
- milk - 150 ml
- water - 250 ml
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the water well, and heat the milk to 70-75 °C.
2. Add cinnamon to the coffee, pour boiling water, and cover for 3-5 minutes to brew well.
3. Mix the cocoa powder with hot milk, add vanilla and regular sugar, and beat well with a blender.
4. Put the cocoa and milk on the bottom of the cup, add filtered coffee on top, and serve a delicious drink.
