Why add zucchini to brownie batter: an unexpected idea
Any baked goods without sugar are undoubtedly healthier for the body. Therefore, you need to replace the sweetener with something. If you're making brownies, you can add a regular zucchini to the dough for the base. The texture will be very tender, and the vegetable will give off its natural malt.
The idea of making sugar-free brownies with zucchini was published on the Instagram page of blogger Inna Shumak (shumak_inna).
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- bananas - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- berries - 100 g
- cocoa - 3 tbsp. of cocoa
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- flour - 80 g
Cooking method:
1. Finely grate the zucchini, and squeeze out excess moisture. Blend the banana in a blender with the egg and add to the zucchini.
2. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa, baking powder) separately and add to the mass.
3. Put the dough into the mold and top with the berries.
4. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 °C.
