Ingredients

  • apples - 10 kg
  • sugar - 2 kg
  • vinegar - 100 g

Method of preparation

1. Wash the apples, peel and cut them into slices.

2. Put the apples in a bowl in which the jam will be cooked and cover with sugar.

3. Add vinegar and mix well.

4. Put it in the oven for 4 hours. Open and stir every 30 minutes. In order to speed up the cooking process, you can first bring the mass to a boil on the stove and then transfer it to the oven.

5. Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and close the lids.
