Why add flour to the pan when frying chicken: an elementary life hack
A crispy golden crust makes fried chicken look delicious. But not everyone can prepare the dish this way. It's not even about the marinade or special ingredients. It's enough to use one absolutely basic life hack, and the dish will turn out just as good as in restaurants.

She notes that to get a golden crust on fried chicken, add 1 tablespoon of flour to the pan while cooking. The meat will be very crispy on top and tender and juicy inside.

Ingredients:
- chicken or chicken thighs
- two cloves of garlic
- dried rosemary
- smoked or regular paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- white wine
- onion
Method of preparation:
- Cut the chicken into pieces, rinse, and dry well.
- Roll in flour.
- Fry the garlic (but then discard it), rosemary, and two tablespoons of paprika in a deep frying pan or saucepan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the chicken and fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in more than half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.
- Coarsely chop one or two large onions, put them on top, season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat, add water so that the chicken is almost completely covered, and simmer over medium heat with the lid slightly open until tender. A thick sauce should form.
- Serve with baked potatoes.

Ingredients for the marinade for 1 kilogram of wings:
- soy sauce - 100 ml
- mustard - 1 tbsp or 1 tsp with a twist
- salt
Marinate for 20 minutes.
Method of preparation:
- Put the wings in a frying pan, adding a little oil.
- Fry over medium heat until tender, covering with a lid at first (you can add more soy sauce if necessary).
- Then add a tablespoon of honey and stir, caramelizing the meat in this juice.
