Crepes can be made from completely different batter: milk, kefir, and water. When experimenting, housewives want to find a recipe that doesn't tear, is tender, elastic, and attractive. And to make it work, you need to use one simple life hack.

According to this recipe, boiling water is added to the kefir batter. The crepes are very airy, tender, and delicate.
⠀Ingredients:
- flour - 1 cup
- kefir - 1 cup
- boiling water - 1 cup
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1.5-2 tbsp
- baking soda - 0.5 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt.
2. Add boiling water while continuing to beat. Pour in the kefir.
3. Mix the sifted flour with baking soda. Add to the batter, as well as sugar and oil.
4. Mix well to avoid lumps.
5. Leave the batter for 10 minutes.
6. Fry in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil until golden brown.
