Earlier, nutritionist Alina Sapiha told FoodOboz about who shouldn't eat cheese. According to the expert, there is a certain category of people who can be harmed by cottage cheese. In particular, this applies to those with lactose intolerance and skin problems. Such people should eat cottage cheese in limited quantities, or even better, remove the product from their diet altogether.

  • Eggs - 50 g
  • Flour - 20 g
  • Semolina - 30 g
  • Sugar - 20 g

2. Add the egg, flour and salt. Mix well.

6. Serve the dish with sour cream or Greek yogurt and berries.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 400 g
  • Eggs - 50 g
  • Milk - 120 ml
  • Semolina - 40 g
  • Sugar - 30 g
  • Salt - 1 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the cold butter.

2. Mix it with the flour.

3. Add grated zest, sugar, baking powder and salt.

4. Mix the cottage cheese, sugar and cream.

5. Add the eggs and mix the mixture until smooth. You can also use a blender.

6. Add the starch.

7. Put most of the butter crumbs into the baking dish.

8. Put half of the filling.

9. Put the second part of the crumbs and the rest of the filling.

10. Top the cake with berries.

11. Sprinkle with the rest of the crumbs.

12. Bake at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
