The expert says that the best thing to do is not to buy yogurt in stores, as it contains a lot of harmful dyes, additives, sugar, and stabilizers.
Fuss recommends making yogurt yourself, and it's a very easy process – just buy quality milk, a starter, mix and add your favorite berries, fruits, and healthy yogurt is ready.
It's worth noting that yogurts, kefirs, and milk are best drunk in the morning or evening.
