It is important that due to the fermentation of whole milk, vitamins B, E, D, A, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus salts, as well as essential amino acids, which are so necessary for the body, remain in the products. You need to eat them every day, but only natural ones, or better yet, made by yourself.

Nutritionist Svetlana Fus told us on her Facebook page which yogurts are really healthy, as well as how to choose a quality product in the store and how to make your own at home.

The expert says that the best thing to do is not to buy yogurt in stores, as it contains a lot of harmful dyes, additives, sugar, and stabilizers.

There's a lot of sugar and starch in low-fat yogurts, and dyes and flavor stabilizers and a lot of other things you don't even know about

Fuss recommends making yogurt yourself, and it's a very easy process – just buy quality milk, a starter, mix and add your favorite berries, fruits, and healthy yogurt is ready.

This way you get beneficial bacteria, vitamins and minerals, protein and fats, and most importantly, a dosed amount of simple carbohydrates.

It's worth noting that yogurts, kefirs, and milk are best drunk in the morning or evening.
