What conditions are favorable for storing bread
To keep the bread you buy fresh for as long as possible, without spoiling or becoming stale, you need to create the most comfortable conditions for it. Make sure that the baked goods are kept in a dry and cool place far enough away from the stove. It can be a cupboard or a classic bread bin.
It is also a good idea to place the bread in a paper bag or wrap it in a cotton cloth. This way, you will prevent mold from forming on the loaf.
Places where bread should never be stored
There is also a place where bread will be stored very poorly. We are talking about the refrigerator. Although it is the most common place to store bread, this is a big mistake.
Even though mold cannot appear on bread in the refrigerator, the product will quickly become stale and impossible to eat.
As for freezing, this option is possible. But there are also a few rules. The bread should be wrapped in a special freezer bag and only then put in the freezer.
