Where to store garlic in the apartment

It is better to store whole, unpeeled garlic not in the refrigerator, but in a mesh bag that is highly breathable. They should be stored in a dry, dark place where the temperature is no more than 15-18 C and no more than 2-3 months.

Where to store peeled garlic

Put the peeled garlic in a jar, add olive oil and store in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days, you can't store this mixture any longer!

What not to store garlic in

Plastic and plastic bags should not be used, as garlic will spoil very quickly in them!
