- eggs
- spinach
- boiled chicken
- cheese
- avocado
- salt, pepper
- microgreen
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt and pour into a hot frying pan.
2. Top with spinach, chicken, and grated cheese.
3. Put on a plate and add chopped avocado and microgreens on top.
