When to flip omelet: rules for making the perfect breakfast
Even a simple dish like an omelet has many different nuances. To ensure that it is homogeneous, doesn't tear apart, and is properly cooked, you need to know what to mix the ingredients with and when to flip the omelet. If done correctly, the dish will be successful and delicious.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- corn flour - 2 tbsp.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper
- cream cheese for the filling
Cooking technology:
1. The most delicious omelet is made with butter.
2. Mix all the ingredients with a fork, not a whisk, so that the structure is preserved.
3. To make the omelet evenly fried, heat a dry frying pan a little and then add a piece of butter. It should warm up, not get hot.
4. When the whole mass is already in the pan, the omelet does not need to be stirred or lifted.
5. When there is very little liquid left on top, put the cream cheese on one half.
6. Put the greens on top and carefully cover with the other half. You can also combine it with your favorite ingredients.
