Pancakes are one of the simplest flour dishes that can be made with water, milk, sour cream, kefir, and whey. You can use cottage cheese, fruit, berries, meat, fish, and hard cheese for the filling.
Cook Halyna shared a recipe for successful, elastic pancakes with boiling water and oil on Instagram.
To make the dough lump-free, sift the flour through a sieve. For elasticity, add oil and boiling water to the dough.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- milk - 250 ml
- vanilla sugar - 1 packet
- oil - 2 tbsp
- flour - 150 g
- boiling water - 150 ml
For the filling:
- bananas
- cottage cheese
- apples
- meat
- fish
- hard cheese
- greens
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs a little, add milk, vanilla sugar.
2. Add the flour and mix.
3. Then pour in the oil and boiling water, mix well again to avoid lumps.
4. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
Put any filling in the pancakes and you're ready to eat!
