What you need to add to the dough for thin, successful pancakes: a recipe from Volodymyr Yaroslavsky
Pancakes are a simple dish made from flour, eggs, sugar, and milk. But all housewives cook them differently, adding boiling water, warm kefir, whey, and oil to the dough.
Chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky shared a recipe for thin, flavorful pancakes that don't tear on Instagram.
Tip: To make the pancakes thin and elastic, add milk and melted butter to the batter.
Ingredients:
- milk - 500 g
- flour - 190 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 35 g
- oil or butter - 35 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix part of the milk with the eggs, add sugar, salt, flour and mix with a whisk. The dough will be thick in consistency, like sour cream.
2. Pour in the remaining milk and stir.
3. Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour into the batter and mix again.
4. Heat a frying pan, fry thin pancakes over medium heat.
