What you must add to the dough for fluffy pancakes: just one simple ingredient
Pancakes are the easiest dish to eat for breakfast and can also be an alternative to bread. To make them fluffy, you need to cook the dough with warm kefir.
Cook Yevhenia Karpiuk shared a recipe for fluffy kefir pancakes on Instagram that will be very tasty and successful.
Tip: add enough flour to make the dough thick and not drip off the spoon.
Ingredients:
- flour
- sugar - 1-2-3 tbsp
- eggs - 1 pc.
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- kefir - 0.5 liters
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the kefir with the egg.
2. Add sugar, baking soda, flour, mix well and leave the dough for 20 minutes.
3. Then do not stir it, just start putting it in the pan.
4. Fry the pancakes in a well-heated frying pan, then turn them over and cover with a lid.
