If you don't like to cook or simply don't have the time, there is always a way out. One option is to cook food for 2 to 5 minutes in the microwave.

Ingredients:
- bread – 3 pieces
- almond milk – 2/3 cup
- cinnamon – 1 tsp
- vanilla – 1 tsp
- Maple syrup – 2 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Mix milk with cinnamon, vanilla, and leave for a couple of minutes to thicken the mixture.
- Cut the bread into cubes.
- Put it in circles and pour the milk-vanilla mixture over it, microwave for 1 minute.

Ingredients:
- pumpkin – 100 g
- olive oil – 1-2 tsp
- cream – 30 ml
- salt – to taste
- seeds – a handful
Method of preparation:
- Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, and send it to the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Put the cooked pumpkin in a blender, add a little oil, cream, salt, and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with seeds, and serve the delicious soup.
3. Sweet potatoes with cinnamon, banana, and peanut butter from Kroll's Korner
Ingredients:
- sweet potato – 1 pc
- cinnamon – a pinch
- banana – 1 pc
- peanut butter – 1-2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
- Wash and dry the sweet potato.
- Make holes in it with a fork, wrap it in a paper towel, and microwave it until it becomes soft.
- Afterward, carefully cut it in half and put a sliced banana on top, sprinkle it with cinnamon, and pour in peanut butter.
