What is the best way to cook eggs?

The expert says that the benefits of eggs do not change depending on the method of cooking. Therefore, you can safely choose your favorite option: scrambled eggs, omelet, hard-boiled or soft-boiled, or French poached eggs.

If you like unusual combinations, then the traditional Israeli dish shakshuka will definitely suit you. It has an unusual bright flavor and will allow you to add more fiber to your diet.
