Ingredients
- Eggs - 4-5 pcs
- Oil for frying
- Chopped chili - 2 tsp
- Chopped garlic - 2 tsp.
- Chopped ginger - 2 tsp.
- Oil - 40 ml
- Hoisin sauce - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - a pinch
- Water - 200 ml
- Green onions - for serving
Method of preparation.
1. Fry the eggs until golden brown on both sides over high heat.
Can be used as a main course.

2. Heat oil in a wok, fry garlic, ginger and chili for 30 seconds, add eggs and mix well.
Excellent as a side dish to rice.
