What to use to make the perfect homemade pizza dough: it doesn't stick to your hands and rolls out well
To make a really good homemade pizza, it is best to make a yeast dough for the base. It will be fluffy and roll out perfectly. You can put any kind of filling.
The idea of making the perfect dough for homemade pizza is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook with me at home. You can roll out the base quite thinly.
Ingredients:
- dry quick yeast - 10 g
- flour - 400 g
- warm water - 250 ml.
- salt - 10 g
- sugar - 20 g
- vegetable oil - 60 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Put warm water, yeast and sugar in a deep bowl.
2. Stir and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes until a lush foam forms.
3. Next, add salt and start gradually adding the sifted flour (you may need a little less).
4. Add the oil along with the flour.
5. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes. You should get a soft, tender, slightly sticky dough. If the dough is too sticky even after kneading, add a little more flour.
6. Brush the dough with vegetable oil, put it in a bowl, cover with cling film and a towel, and put it in a warm place for at least an hour.
7. The dough should be well risen and double in size. You can put it in an oven preheated to a minimum and turned off. The dough will triple in size during this time.
8. You can divide the dough into 2 parts and make 2 round pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm. Or you can make one large pizza on a rectangular baking sheet.
9. Roll out the dough lightly (do not flour either the dough or the surface). Lightly oil a baking sheet.
10. Put the lightly rolled dough into the molds and stretch it with your hands.
11. Make small sides.
12. Lubricate the base with a few tablespoons of ketchup.
13. Put the filling to taste: grated mozzarella and on top of the cheese cut into strips of salami and a little more gouda.
14. Bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
