What to use to make lace thin pancakes: sharing the technology
Pancakes are an ideal breakfast option that can be combined with a variety of your favorite fillings. They are especially delicious when the texture of the dough is delicate and lacy. To achieve this, it should be cooked with warm milk.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 3 tbsp (if pancakes are without filling, you can add a little more)
- warm milk - 230 ml
- vegetable oil - 5 tbsp
- flour - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with sugar and oil.
2. Sift the flour, knead the dough with a blender - it should be like thick sour cream.
3. Add the milk in three stages, mixing the dough well until smooth each time.
4. For the first pancake, I always grease the frying pan with oil, then I don't.
5. If the dough is too thick, add a little more milk or water and mix.
