What to stuff mushrooms with: a quick appetizer in 10 minutes

Mushroom caps are a great base for quick appetizers. You can put any filling and bake them. It will be delicious if you use a lot of cheese and minced chicken.

The idea of cooking stuffed mushrooms was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Vitalina (naumenko.vitaa). They take a maximum of 10 minutes to cook.

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms - 6 pcs.
  • fillet - 200 g
  • mozzarella - 200 g
  • cream 20% - 200 ml
  • salt, spices

Method of preparation:

1. Cut off mushrooms stalks and slice them.

2. Fry them with fillets in a pan until the liquid has completely evaporated.

3. Add spices, cream, and mozzarella.

4. Cook until thick.

5. Put the mushrooms in the mold.

6. Stuff them with the creamy filling.

7. Bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

8. Remove 10 minutes before the end of cooking.

9. Sprinkle with mozzarella.

10. Put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
