What to stuff meatballs with: recipe for a hearty dinner

Few people realize that meatballs can also be stuffed with cheese, making them festive. The recipe for stuffed meatballs with cheese was shared by food blogger Sofia Zasadna on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- minced meat - 500 g
- mozzarella - 1 pc
- salt - 1 tsp
- granulated garlic - 0.5 tsp
- cumin - 1 tsp
- dried oregano - 0.5 tsp
- parsley - 1 bunch
- freshly ground pepper
For the sauce:
- canned tomatoes - 400 g
- tomato paste - 50 g
- dried oregano - 1 tbsp
- dried basil - 1 tbsp
- dried cilantro/parsley - 1 tsp
- carrot - 1 pc.
- celery stalk - 1 pc
- red wine vinegar - 1 tsp
- sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Cut the mozzarella into 12 equal cubes.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs except mozzarella and half a portion of parsley. Divide the resulting mass into 12 parts.
4. Form meatballs by wrapping a piece of mozzarella in each ball.
5. Put the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Add all the ingredients for the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Then beat the mixture in a blender.
7. Pour the sauce back into the pan, add the meatballs and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
