Recipe for green borscht with spinach.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • medium onion - 1 pc.
  • medium carrot - 1 pc.
  • medium potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • cauliflower (can be frozen) - 6 florets
  • spinach (can be frozen) - 200-250 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • spices
  • water
Cauliflower for the dish.

Potatoes can be used instead of cauliflower.

Method of preparation:

1. Fry garlic in oil and remove. Add chopped onions and then chopped carrots. Fry for a few minutes.

3. Add frozen spinach and simmer for 5-7 minutes until softened.

4. Add water, salt, pepper, and spices.

Eggs for the dish.

5. Add the potatoes cut into small cubes.

6. After 10-12 minutes, add the cauliflower.

7. Cook for another 10 minutes until the cabbage and carrots are tender.

8. Pour the beaten egg into the water and stir.

Spinach for the dish.

9. In 1-2 minutes, the borscht is ready.

10. Serve with sesame seeds, bread or croutons.
