Traditional Vinaigrette is made with pickled cucumbers as this product adds a pleasant sourness to the dish. However, to make the salad healthier and crispier, you can add another ingredient - cabbage.
The idea of making Vinaigrette with sauerkraut instead of pickles was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname yout_kitchen.
Ingredients:
- potatoes
- carrot
- beetroot
- canned peas
- sauerkraut
- salt, pepper, seasoning: tomatoes, basil, garlic, nutmeg
- oil
Cooking method:
1. Peel and wash the vegetables and put them in the baking sleeve (potatoes separately). Add salt, pepper, spices, a little oil and mix well.
2. Bake at 180 degrees: potatoes for 1 hour and carrots and beets for 1.5 hours.
3. After the vegetables have cooled, cut them into cubes, add peas and sauerkraut, season with vegetable oil, add a little salt and mix.
