What to marinate chicken wings in to make them juicy: the easiest way
Wings are one of the most budget-friendly parts of a chicken carcass. At home, they are used to make a delicious rich soup. And in various cafes or bars, crispy meat wings are served. To achieve this effect, you need to prepare a special marinade.

1. Cut the chicken wings into pieces.
2. Pour the soy sauce over the meat a little less than halfway.

3. Add mustard seeds (1 tsp per 1 kilogram).

4. Stir and marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Heat a frying pan, and add a little oil.
6. Put the wings in the marinade.

7. Fry over medium heat, turning occasionally.
8. When the meat is fried on all sides and a little juice remains at the bottom of the pan, add 1 tbsp of honey.
9. Turn up the heat to medium and stir frequently to caramelize the juice and honey.
