What to marinate chicken thighs in to make them juicy: a simple idea

Thighs are the part of the chicken that is most often chosen for frying or baking. But even though there is quite a lot of meat, it can turn out dry because there is little fat. Therefore, you need to choose the right sauce to make the dish soft and juicy. Cream is perfect for this purpose.
The idea of cooking chicken thighs in cream sauce was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yana Bardych (yana_bardych).
Ingredients:
- chicken thighs – 800 g
- vegetable oil – 5 g
- butter – 5 g
- cream or sour cream – 80 g
- milk – 90 g
- cottage cheese – 100 g
- salt – a pinch
- ground pepper
- various spices to taste (granulated garlic, paprika, turmeric, chicken seasoning, etc.)
- mustard or Caucasian adjika – 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce to taste (you can not add at all)
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the skin from the thighs first. Remove excess fat, rinse, dry with napkins, and cut into halves.
2. Mix the spices in a bowl.
3. Rub the chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture on all sides.
4. Put a skillet over medium heat, add vegetable oil and immediately add butter.
5. Put the chicken in a well-heated frying pan. Fry the pieces until golden brown on each side for 3-5 minutes.
6. Then reduce the heat, pour milk into the pan, and add cream and cheese. It is important to cook in this order.
7. Stir the sauce until smooth. Simmer the chicken under a closed lid over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
8. Serve the dish hot with any side dish, sprinkled with herbs.
