What to make without light: recipe for crispy oatmeal cookies without baking
Crunchy oatmeal cookies are loved by everyone. And one of the biggest advantages is that it can be made without baking or frying. This is a very convenient way when there is no light and gas.
Foodblogger Victoria Podolchak(imapersimmon) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for chocolate oatmeal cookies that can be made without baking.
Ingredients:
- sugar - 185 g
- milk - 125 ml
- butter - 110 g
- cocoa powder - 20 g
- instant oatmeal - 250 g
- peanut paste - 125 g
- vanilla sugar - 2 tsp.
- salt - pinch
Preparation method:
1. Mix sugar, milk, butter and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Place over medium heat and stir until sugar and cocoa dissolve. After - immediately remove from heat.
2. Add oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla and salt to the mixture. Stir the dough until smooth and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Use a spoon to form cookies and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
4. Place the cookie tray in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, until the cookies are firm and can be easily detached from the parchment paper.
Important: the finished cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
