What to make with seasonal berries: a delicious no-bake dessert idea
Summer is the season for a variety of healthy berries. And they are perfectly combined in a delicious sweet dessert. This cake has a curd base that doesn't even need to be baked. All the ingredients freeze perfectly in the refrigerator.

Recipe for cottage cheese and berry dessert

Ingredients:
- a mixture of frozen strawberries and raspberries - 250 g
- sugar - 6 tbsp
- vanilla - 2 g
- cottage cheese - 500 g
- gelatin - 20 g
- milk - 250 ml

Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin into milk, mix and leave to swell.

2. Blend the berries with a blender, add sugar, vanilla and cottage cheese.
3. Blend again until smooth.
4. Melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath or microwave for 30 seconds until completely dissolved.

5. Combine the cottage cheese and milk mixture into a homogeneous mass.
6. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until completely frozen for at least 2 hours.
