You don't want to eat it, and you feel bad about throwing it away. But you don't have to, because you can make delicious dishes with mashed potatoes, and there are many recipes for that.

Ingredients:

  • Mashed potatoes - 700 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Pepper - 1\4 tsp.
  • Dried garlic - 0.5 tsp.
  • Flour - 280 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix mashed potatoes with eggs. Add salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Add flour and knead the dough.
  3. Roll it out and cut it into medium-sized squares.
  4. Fry them in a well-heated frying pan on both sides for 1 minute.

The dish is best served with sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • Mashed potatoes - 500 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Starch - 2-3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the cheese and add to the potatoes.
  2. Add eggs and mix.
  3. Add starch and mix again.
  4. Pour oil into a saucepan and put it in a frying pan.
  5. Form potato balls and put them in the pan. Fry on all sides.
