What to make with jam, which was closed for the winter: a simple dessert
If you have a lot of jam in your cellar for a long time and you do not know how to use it - the following idea is for you. The ideal option will be to make a tart. The dessert turns out to be very budgetary and delicious. And the most important thing is that the dough is prepared very quickly.

Ingredients:
- flour - 420-430 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- butter - 200 g
- leavening agent - 10 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- sugar - 100 g
- salt - a pinch
- thick jam - 0.5 liters
Method of preparation:
1. Rub room temperature butter with sugar (you can take less than specified) and vanilla sugar, add eggs, salt and mix.
2. Add baking powder to the flour, mix and combine with the liquid mass, knead the dough.
3. Divide the dough into larger and smaller pieces, wrap in cling film, place the larger in the refrigerator, the smaller in the freezer, for about 1 hour.
4. Take out a large piece and roll out on parchment, covering the top with a sheet of parchment too.
5. Transfer to a platter and place the thick jam on top.
6. With the smaller part of the dough, mash the jam. Send to bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Cut cooled.
