In the summertime, a delicious pate should be made from eggplant rather than meat. The structure of this vegetable is very delicate, so it is ideal for this dish. You can prepare it simply in a blender with the addition of some spicy ingredients.
The idea of making a delicious eggplant paste was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeriy Ponomar (ponomar_valeriy).
Ingredients:
- eggplant - 1 pc (300 g)
- garlic - 4 cloves
- walnuts - 70 g
- parsley - a small bunch
- salt - 2 pinches (taste)
Cooking method:
1. Bake the eggplant with garlic for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
2. Pierce the eggplant with a fork to prevent it from cracking during baking.
3. Dry all the nuts in a dry frying pan until fragrant.
