The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty shawarma from pita, with chicken fillet, iceberg and light sour cream sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 pita bread
- 1 chicken fillet
- a little butter
- spices
- 1 tomato
- 100 g of Korean carrots
- 3-4 leaves of iceberg lettuce or other lettuce according to your taste
Sauce:
- 1,5 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. French mustard
- 1/3 tsp. each of dried garlic and paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Cut fillets, salt and cook in the oven or in a frying pan, season with spices.
2. Chop the tomato, iceberg.
3. Mix everything for the sauce.
4. Spread sauce on pita, top with meat, vegetables, herbs, and sauce again. Roll up and grill the shawarma.
Cut in half and you can eat!
