What to make with pita bread

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty shawarma from pita, with chicken fillet, iceberg and light sour cream sauce.

Shawarma recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 pita bread
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • a little butter
  • spices
  • 1 tomato
  • 100 g of Korean carrots
  • 3-4 leaves of iceberg lettuce or other lettuce according to your taste

Sauce:

  • 1,5 tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. French mustard
  • 1/3 tsp. each of dried garlic and paprika

Method of preparation:

1. Cut fillets, salt and cook in the oven or in a frying pan, season with spices.

3. Mix everything for the sauce.
