Pita is the perfect base for pizza, pies, fried and baked rolls, and delicious appetizers. It can also be used to make delicious shawarma and casseroles.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty and quick-to-make pita with cheese and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- spinach
- cherry
- egg
- 20-30 ml. milk
- cheese
- pita
- spices, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Saute spinach for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, add cherry tomatoes and saute for a few more minutes.
2. Add milk, spices, salt to the egg and beat a little with a fork. Pour the mixture over the spinach and tomatoes.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes and transfer to pita, add cheese and wrap.
4- Fry on a well heated pan on both sides until golden.
