If you want to make a delicious snack, use pita bread as a base. For the filling, you can use any vegetables, meat, fish, salty cheese, herbs, and sauces.
The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious roll with tuna, eggs, and cream cheese, based on tortilla or pita bread.
Ingredients:
- 2 tortillas, 62 g each
- Tuna in its juice – 100 g
- cream cheese – 35 g
- greens – 30 g
- 60 g of corn
- 50 g of avocado
- 2 boiled eggs
Method of preparation:
1. Mash boiled eggs and avocado with a fork, add cream cheese, corn, and canned tuna. Mix everything until smooth.
2. Put the filling on the tortilla, top it with 1-2 leaves of greens, fold the edges, and roll up.
You can eat it right away, grill it, or pan-fry it!
