Ingredients:

For the sauce:
- 20 g. butter
- 25 g. flour
- 200 ml. milk
- 1/3 tsp. nutmeg
- black pepper
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. For the sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the milk, add the spices, salt and thicken the sauce over medium heat while stirring constantly.
2. If desired, you can add gorgonzola to the sauce, it tastes even better.
3. Assemble the sandwich and put it in the oven preheated to 190C, top-down+convection mode until golden brown.
