  • sugar - 500 g
  • zest of 1 orange

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the blackberries with the sugar, then pass the mixture through a sieve into a thick-bottomed saucepan.

2. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash berries, pour into sterile jars and put a pinch of citric acid in each jar.
