You don't need to use meat to make delicious and satisfying cutlets. Plain buckwheat is perfect for this dish. You can even use yesterday's. Vegetable frying will add flavor, and breadcrumbs will make the products crispy.

Ingredients:
- buckwheat – 300 g
- onion – 1-2 pcs
- carrot – 1 pc
- breadcrumbs (flour)
- garlic – 3 cloves
- eggs – 3 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the buckwheat.
2. Fry onions, carrots, garlic.
3. Add eggs and vegetables to the buckwheat.
4. Form the patties with wet hands.
5. Roll in breadcrumbs.
6. Fry on 2 sides.
