What to make cutlets from other than meat and fish: budget and dietary alternative
It turns out that classic cutlets can be made not only from meat and fish. There is a more interesting alternative – cutlets made from boiled eggs. This dish, although it has an unusual combination of products, is very satisfying, as well as budget-friendly and quite dietary.
Food blogger Olha Romanchuk (olya_romanchyk_) shared a recipe for cutlets based on boiled eggs on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
- raw eggs - 1 pc.
- green onions - a bunch
- wheat flour - 30 g
- salt, pepper, seasonings
Method of preparation:
1. Grate boiled eggs on a grater.
2. Chop the onion.
3. Mix boiled and raw eggs, onion, flour and spices.
4. Form the cutlets.
5. Fry the cutlets on both sides until cooked.
6. After frying, bake the cutlets in the oven under foil for about 10-15 minutes.
