Smoothies are an extremely tasty, nutritious drink that is prepared without any heat treatment. All you need to do is grind all the ingredients with a regular blender and you'll get a healthy cocktail that will give you vitamins and energy for the whole day. The key is to combine the right products.
Food blogger Tetiana (grenache_rose) shared the idea of making a delicious and healthy fruit smoothie on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- kiwi – 4 pcs
- banana – 2 pcs
- yogurt –120 ml (can be replaced with apple or orange juice)
- honey – 2 tsp
- a few strawberries
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the fruit well.
2. Peel off the peel, which is necessary.
3. Cut into pieces of approximately equal size.
4. Put everything in a blender.
5. Add yogurt or juice of your choice.
6. Beat until the mixture is smooth.
7. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses.
