What to make a honey cake: a recipe for the simplest pastries for tea
Honey cake is a delicious and very easy-to-prepare pastry for tea. The cake is made from available ingredients that you just need to mix. The honey cake is very soft and has a pronounced honey flavor.

Ingredients:
- butter – 150 g
- sugar – 100 g
- egg yolks – 4 pcs
- sour cream – 250 g
- honey – 300 g
- flour – 400 g
- baking soda – 2 tsp
- nuts – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat soft butter with sugar.
2. Gradually add the yolks, continuing to beat.
3. Add sour cream.
4. Add the honey.
5. Add flour and baking soda, mix with a mixer.
6. Add nuts, mix well.
7. Pour the finished dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.
8. Bake at 160 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Ingredients:
- eggs – 6 pcs.
- sugar – 180 g
- honey – 300 g
- butter – 2 tbsp
- baking soda – 2 tsp
- flour – 380 g
- chopped nuts – 1 tbsp
- raisins – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy (about 7 minutes).
2. Add the soft butter and honey.
3. Add flour and baking soda, mix with a mixer.
4. Add nuts and dried fruits, mix well.
5. Pour the finished dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.
6. Bake at 160 degrees for 40 minutes.
