Ingredients:
- chicken stomachs – 300-350 g
- carrots – 1/2 pc
- onion – 1/2 pc
- butter – 20 g
- salt, bay leaves, allspice
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the stomachs. Then put them in a saucepan, cover them with water, and add bay leaves and pepper. Cook for 1 hour.
2. Cut carrots and onions into pieces. Add to the gizzards and cook for another 30 minutes.
3. Put the cooked gizzards, carrots, and onions, except for the water, into a blender. Add the butter. Blend everything until smooth.
4. The finished paste can be eaten warm in the form of mashed potatoes. Or put it in a container and store it in the refrigerator.
