Tips for making perfect doughnuts:

1.The dough should rise very well.

2.The filling should not spread, otherwise the doughnuts will open and burn during frying.

3.Ideal for filling halva, jam, poppy seeds, cherries.

4.When the doughnuts are formed, leave them for 15-20 minutes to rise.

5.Fry in well-heated oil (medium heat), turning frequently to ensure even cooking.

6.Sprinkle with powdered sugar and eat hot
