What to eat quickly and satisfyingly: baked new potatoes with cheese and mushrooms
Potatoes are a versatile vegetable that is suitable even for a snack. They are delicious when cooked in the oven with mushrooms and lots of cheese. This dish will turn out to be very satisfying without any fuss

Ingredients:
- young potatoes
- mushrooms – 200 g
- onion – 1 small one
- sour cream – 2 tbsp
- spices
- mozzarella – 180 g
- cheese – 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, and wrap them in foil.
2. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until tender (depending on the size of your potatoes). The approximate time is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
3. For the sauce, cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a frying pan until golden brown.
4. Add the mushrooms to it.
5. Simmer until all the water has evaporated.
6. Add sour cream, spices, and salt.
7. When the potatoes are cooked, cut them in two and put the mushroom sauce.
8. Add cheese on top and sprinkle well with mozzarella.
9. Put back in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese is golden brown.
